Killers of the Flower Moon Continues

The Ruby continues the powerful true story “Killers of the Flower Moon” (R for violence) Nov 17-21 at 7 PM Fri, Sat, Mon and Tues and 3 PM Sat and Sunday. When oil is discovered in 1920s Oklahoma under Osage Nation land, the Osage people are murdered one by one—until the FBI steps in to unravel the mystery. Stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert DeNiro, Lily Gladstone, Jesse Plemons and more.  Don’t miss this Oscar-worthy film directed by Scorsese.

Ruby News: At 7 PM Thursday November 16, 2023- Free community presentation sponsored by Lake Chelan Research Institute:   What secrets has Lake Chelan been keeping for the last 10,000 years? Join Brian Sherrod and Boe Derosier, with the U.S. Geological  Survey, as they present preliminary bathymetric and sub-bottom data along with sediment cores recently collected in Lake Chelan and they begin to decipher the answers.  No admission fee (donations to LCRI gladly accepted)
