Title: Navigating Difficult Conversations
Do you have people in your life you can’t talk to any more? Are you worried about the civic health of our country?
Come learn about Braver Angels and how they are working to depolarize America. Learn skills to look at your own polarization and start to develop strategies for having difficult conversations with people you disagree with.
This one-hour session serves as both an introduction to Braver Angels, as well as provides a “mini-experience” of what happens in one of our longer experiences. During the session, the audience is presented with the problem of polarization and learns how Braver Angels workshops are structured to address this problem. They then get to practice an essential skill in difficult conversation by forming an agree statement in response to two prompts.

Experience the Ruby with its original horseshoe balcony, tin ceiling, and cast plaster proscenium arch which are essentially the same as when the “Photo Play House” was constructed in 1914.
